Dear readers,
If anyone has information to share with me regarding the matters that I am looking into on this website that I am seeking information for, I have a lucrative proposal for you that is called an evidentiary non-disclosure agreement that you may be interested in.
If you’re not familiar with these documents, they are an agreement between an information provider (the one sharing information) and the recipient (the receiver of this information). They state that if you have information to share that could be deemed as useful and purposeful to the recipient against another party in court, who he or she is seeking compensation against, the information provider is then entitled to the reward amount stated in the agreement after the case is won. This type of silence agreement silences me (the recipient) from disclosing the information provider’s name to anyone. However, if the information provider would like credit by having their name mentioned there is an additional form that can be signed. Neither of these two documents silence the information provider in any way.
I also want to let people know that when one of these is signed with someone it does not release an information provider from criminal activity against a recipient (the plaintiff) in a case if they are involved in any. Even if it is stated in one. The reason for this is because the courts cannot enforce this provision in them. In addition, if you are caught you can also be charged with fraud for attempting to collect the reward from someone. At the bottom of this page, I’ve provided a screen capture of an article that explains a bit more about NDAs and how they work.
Evidentiary NDAs can be used in a variety of different cases. They can be used to obtain corroborating information from people in medical malpractice cases, sexual harassment cases, workplace discrimination cases, and so on. For example, minorities who are victims of workplace harassment have found that offering a reward can encourage white coworkers to speak up and share evidence that could help them win their cases.
If you are a motivated individual with information to share with me, please do not hesitate to contact me. I’d like to inform everyone that any information that I receive from the Police and/or the FBI is free information. So please contact me first if you’re interested in my reward.
Thank you for your time.
(Attention: I was recently informed that there are people selling blank copies of evidentiary NDAs for $150.00 a pop with the fake provision in them that I discussed above. Although it's not illegal to sell these to people the problem is that the provision is fake and cannot be enforced by a court of law, which would make the NDAs illegal to sell. Below, I have provided a link to an article from a legal Q and A website that discusses the general sale of blank legal documents to consumers. This fake provision makes them more attractive to buyers so that fraudsters can sell more of them. This, of course, constitutes criminal fraud because the provision doesn't make any legal sense whatsoever. Moreover, selling these NDAs to unsuspecting people in groups may constitute a conspiracy crime. If you have been sold one of these with a fake provision in it or something else that you suspect may be fraudulent, you can contact your local police department and file a police report. In addition, you can contact your state attorney general's office. In the future, I will post a link to a website where you can buy a legitimate copy of an evidentiary NDA for yourself for just $29.95, so if you want one, please check back again. Thank you for your time.)
